Hector Leslie and his daughter June Winifred Dale worked at the Naturecraft Company from 1946 through to 1979 when June retired

Hector was born in the early 1900's, his daughter June was born in 1931

The history also mentions Keith Tomlins the son of the late John Eric Tomlins and the brother of Peter Tomlins.  John Eric Tomlins was the founder of what became the Naturecraft Company.  In 1963-1964, Keith, along with Hector Leslie, who served as his mould maker and caster, and Lynn O’Reilly (nee Carlisle), who worked as the painter, started the production of the Naturecraft chalkware wall hanging ornaments.  In 1975, Keith left Naturecraft and formed his own company, “Heritage China,” in Congleton while Peter continued with his father, John Eric Tomlins at Naturecraft.  Peter continued the company after John Eric’s death near Chicago in 1978.  Keith owned The Dried Flower Factory Shop in Congleton which is located at 88 Park Street.
